Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that many of our products are handmade or carefully assembled, which may occasionally require additional processing time. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and other reliable shipping partners.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International orders: 7–21 business days after shipment (depending on destination and customs)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

HoldFish is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. HoldFish is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, HoldFish is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
